I designed this site to provide a single place to connect with me - Dusty Hansen.

I am currently employed with Old Second National Bank in the Senior Banking Software Specialist position. I have been working at Old Second since June 2002 and have been working in my current role since January 2009.

In February 2009, I began working with the Salesforce.com CRM solution. Since that time, I have become the lead administrator for the product at our organization with over 400 active users. In March 2010, I became a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator through the Salesforce Training & Certification program. I am also responsible for training, data quality, analytics, and end-user support.

In June 2010 I began pursuing my Business Administration, B.S. degree at Aurora University. I expect to graduate in May 2014, at which point I will have over 14 years of professional work experience in addition to 5 years of experience with the Salesforce.com CRM solution.
