I designed this site to provide a single place to connect with me - Dusty Hansen.
I am currently employed with Salesforce.com in the Success Account Manager position. I have been working at Salesforce.com since April 2013.
In February 2009, I began working with the Salesforce.com CRM solution with my previous employer, Old Second National Bank. Since that time, I had become the lead administrator for the product at an organization with over 400 active users. In March 2010, I became a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator through the Salesforce Training & Certification program. I was also responsible for training, data quality, analytics, and end-user support.
In June 2010 I began pursuing my Business Administration, B.S. degree at Aurora University. I expect to graduate in May 2014, at which point I will have over 14 years of professional work experience in addition to 5 years of experience with the Salesforce.com CRM solution.
